PCB Engineering Manager

Our client is looking for a technically strong and people-focused PCB Engineering Manager to lead its process and product engineering organization. This individual will oversee new-product introduction, design-for-manufacturability reviews, process development, troubleshooting, technology implementation, and collaboration between engineering, production, quality, sales, and customers.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of PCB fabrication, materials, stack-up development, impedance control, drilling, plating, imaging, lamination, surface finishes, and advanced interconnect technologies. The ability to develop engineers, communicate clearly with customers, and convert difficult designs into reliable manufacturing processes is essential.

Candidates should have at least eight years of PCB engineering experience and previous leadership or supervisory responsibility. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred, although significant hands-on industry experience will receive full consideration.

Salary Range: $150,000–$200,000, depending on qualifications, plus benefits and potential incentives.
