This Privacy Policy explains how D.B. Management Group, L.L.C. ("DBMG", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through this website, dbmgjobs.online. It is written to meet the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable United States laws, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

Who we are

D.B. Management Group, L.L.C., 33 Morrill Avenue, Waterville, Maine 04901, USA, is a recruiting firm for the printed circuit board (PCB) and electronics manufacturing industry. Our team manages this website and the information you send us from the United States and the Philippines.

What we collect

When you apply or contact us through the form on our Contact page:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and LinkedIn profile link, if you provide them
• the role you are interested in and your message
• your résumé, if you attach one
• the date and time you submitted the form

When you subscribe to the DBMG Newsletter:

• your email address and, if you provide it, your first name
• the date you subscribed and the page you signed up from

When you browse the site: our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, health information, religious or political beliefs, or financial account details. We do not need it to help you find a role.

How we use your information

• to review your experience and match you with suitable positions
• to contact you about opportunities and your application
• to introduce you to prospective employers, with your consent
• to send the DBMG Newsletter, if you subscribed
• to keep the site secure and working

We process your information based on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in operating a recruiting service. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights below).

Who we share it with

• KR Consulting, our recruiting partner, which helps us match candidates with positions.
• Prospective employers (our clients), when we believe you may be a fit for one of their positions. We share your details only for that purpose.
• Service providers that host or store information for us: Netlify (website hosting) and Google (Google Sheets and Google Drive, where form submissions and résumés are stored). They process information on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored with Google and Netlify, whose servers may be located in the United States and other countries, and it is accessed by our team in the United States and the Philippines. By submitting a form, you agree to this transfer. We protect your information as described below wherever it is handled.

How long we keep it

• Applications and résumés: for a maximum of 6 months from the date you submit them, after which we delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Hosting logs: kept by Netlify for a limited period under its own policies.

How we protect it

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-restricted accounts. Only authorized people at DBMG and KR Consulting can view applications, and the site's admin area is password-protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information, and we will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal information is processed
• access the personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• object to processing, or withdraw your consent
• have your information erased or blocked
• receive a copy of your information in a commonly used format (data portability)
• file a complaint with the Philippines' National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph), and to seek damages as provided by law

Newsletter: you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in any newsletter email, or by emailing us.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it works the same way whether or not the signal is on.

Children

This site is for job seekers and working professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
